The site below can be used to change/recover your password:

Epicor requires changing of passwords about every 90 days and they are supposed to send out an email before yours expires. If you aren’t getting that email, check your mimecast and or contact IT and we’ll make sure they have the right address for you.

We suggest you bookmark it in your browser of choice or create a shortcut on your desktop to it.

To create a desktop shortcut

1. Right click anywhere on an open area of the desktop
2. Choose new>shortcut
3. Copy and paste the address in there or type it in

4. Click next
5. Name it whatever you like. Perhaps “Epicor Password Reset” and click finish.
