Mimecast is a service Structural Component Systems uses to identify and block unwanted emails. Occasionally, Mimecast may misidentify email and block email you wish to receive. If this happens, you will recive a daily email that will allow you to review and release held emails, or you can log in to the Mimecast portal release the email from there.
To release the email using the Mimecast portal, click the link below and login with your email address
https://login.mimecast.com/u/login/?gta=portal#/login
If you don’t know your password you can attempt the reset using the link or contact the IT department if you can’t get it.
Once you’re signed you can manage your held items. See the help section (question mark at the top right of the screen for assistance.
Blocked are senders you have blocked through the portal or through links in the digest you receive via email.
Permitted is your whitelist that you’ve specifically allowed.
Auto Permitted are those the system has allowed on your behalf, most like because you emailed them first.
