How-to map a drive to the Mitek folder on the Bistrack host

Modified on Tue, 25 Jun, 2024 at 8:55 AM

These instructions are to be performed on the system you run the MItek applications on (remote desktop or your PC).

Click the explorer icon

Click "This PC" and then click the "Computer" menu

Click map network drive

Set the drive letter to M for “mitek” .  Enter the folder path as: \\10.163.54.84\bisTrack\MiTek.  Check the box to reconnect at logon and check the box to use different credentials. Click "Finish" to continue.

When prompted, enter your Epicor remote desktop id and password.  This should be scs\<your username> and your Epicor password. The id and password is different than what you use to log in to your PC because we’re mapping a drive to a remote server in Epicor’s hosted environment, it's not part of our network or domain.
