From Planswift support:
" When you see the issue happening in PlanSwift, with the program still open, press the Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys on your keyboard and then click cancel out of the options that come up.
After you click cancel, go back into PlanSwift and the zooming issues should have stopped. This is the quickest fix we have found for the issue that doesn't require a full restart of the computer.

If that does not resolve your issue, please restart your computer to fix the issue. If that doesn't work, please try closing PlanSwift, then going to Windows Start > Apps > PlanSwift > Uninstall > Uninstall > No (the "No" is when it asks if you want to enable it to make changes). And then re-opening PlanSwift."
