Voicemail Quick Reference Guide: 

To Access Voicemail:

Press the message button, then enter your password followed by # 

Main Menu:

1 – Listen to New Messages 

2 – Listen to Saved Messages 

5 – Advanced Options 

1 – Record Greeting 

2 – Choose a Greeting 

3 – Record Name 

6 – Change Password 

* - Go Back to Main Menu While Listening to a Voicemail: 

4 – Rewind by 4 Seconds 

6 – Fast Forward by 4 Seconds 

Message Options:

1 – Listen to Recording 

2 – Save 

7 – Delete 

5 – Return the Call (calls that person back right away) 

8 – Forward Message 

Forwarding Voicemails:

1 – Add Introductory Message 

1 – Listen to Your Introductory Message 

2 – Save Your Message (the system will then prompt you for the extension you want to forward it to, then press # to send 3 – Rerecord the Introductory Message

8 – Send the Message Now (no introduction) Created On: 11/17/2017 

To Check Voicemail Outside of the Office: 

Method #1 

Call your direct phone number 

When your voicemail picks up, press * during the prompt to interrupt it, and the system will prompt you for your password Enter your password, and you will be in your voicemail box 

Method #2 

Call 877-282-4524 

Enter your 10 digit number and then press # 

Enter your personal extension 

Enter your voicemail password, and you will be in your voicemail box 

Voicemail Prompts:

Your voicemail can store up to 9 different prompts that you can choose from. When you call into your voicemail on your phone to record a greeting, the system will ask you which prompt you wish to record, 1 through 9. Once you choose the prompt number, it will have you record the message. When you want to change the prompt, go to advanced options, select option 2, and then press the prompt number that you want active on your voicemail. Once you select the prompt number, the system will play back the prompt for you, and then confirm that it is now active.
